In 1912 the American businessman, Charles Francis Haanel, published “The Master Key System”, one of the finest studies in self-actualization and mental development ever. It became a tremendous success at the time, but seemingly vanished in the 1930s. 95 years laster, through Rhonda Byrne’s movie and book “The Secret”, it finally re-entered public consciousness, and thus regained popularity.
I first came across “
The Master Key System” in July 2006. I found it on the website of “The Secret”, after having watched the movie in Cape Town, South Africa. I subsequently approached the producers, asking them if they needed any help on the
German translation and production. However, it was all done and dusted.
On the website I found a mention of and link to the Master Key System. What followed was nothing short of amazing: I downloaded it, printed it, read it in one go and was absolutely taken! Charles Haanel’s writing was so profound, so deep, so concise, so meaningful and tremendously enlightening. After all those years at last a complete picture of creation and my role in it took shape.
As I have done similar things before with certain software titles (ie. Opera, Sonork), I wondered if there was a German translation, so I started looking around. When I learned that one would be published mid-2007, I only had one single thought: “I’ll do it right here, right now.”
So I sat down and translated it, 2-3 chapters a day. Every day for the next two weeks I worked for 8-9 hours. The first rough translation was done mid-April 2007. Another two weeks later – after teaming up with a partner in Germany – the website went live. That very same evening, we sold the first ebook. By 2009, over 45,000 German copies of our translation were sold. We also created a range of high-quality and cutting-edge audio products, supporting the keen MKS student in the best possible way.
The partnership didn’t last long, though, giving life to my new website at MrMasterKey.com, where you are now reading this page. In addition, a double-DVD of a talk of mine, the “Master Key Quintessenz”, a 46-min meditation CD with key points from the MKS, the Visual Master Key (a 360 degree panorama), a children’s book, a 24-hour success book, the Cloudwalk CD and over 500 videos have been published, all for the German-speaking market.
I’ve been living in and out of Cape Town for over 25 years now, and wish to give something back that will help people live a life in health, wealth and happiness. This website represents my English-language services around the Master Key System. In the long run it is my aim to make it the best support place and meeting-point, without taking anything away from other sites that are also promoting the MKS – the more the better for the future of Mankind!

There is plenty to do still. Most people are wholly unaware of their inherent powers. They are mere slaves to their senses, unaware of the interaction between their conscious and their subconscious mind. That's where the Master Key System comes it. That's where it is supremely useful.

During that time I kept working on myself, matching my indepth knowledge and understanding of complex processes with personal growth and development.

That’s essentially what a guru does: he withdraws from the crowd, seeks the solitude, and lets his heart, soul and mind work in unison. He then reappears and conveys to the people a clear message for their personal growth and advancement. Although it took me almost 20 years to acknowledge this myself – despite many accolades from others – this is essentially what I’ve been doing all along.
